10 June 2015

In May 2015, after years of joint cooperation between OJSC Russian Railways and CJSC Daltransugol to increase the capacity of the Komsomoslsk-on-Amur – Vanino railroad, each party set a new record.

Between the 16th and 17th of May the supply of railcars made by OJSC Russian Railways amounted to 1,100 cars per day and a daily record of port unloading was achieved by Daltransugol at 1,081 cars.

“The rail men did a great job in May," commented Vladimir Shapovalov, Deputy CEO of CJSC Daltransugol, "we are confident that in the future we will keep working as smoothly and efficiently”. Ensuring timely dispatch of empty trains, reception and filing for unloading new arrivals is a major task at the Daltransugol railway station complex. On the ‘record’ day, duty station personnel Tatiana Afon and Denis Krutov coped with the task "extremely well", according to Mr Shapovalov.
