SUEK among leaders of RSPP sustainability indices

8 February 2017
SUEK is among the leaders of the "Responsibility and transparency" and "Sustainable development vector" indices compiled by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). The official notice has been sent to CEO of SUEK, Vladimir Rashevsky, by the President of RSPP Alexander Shokhin.

RSPP has compiled sustainable development, corporate responsibility and accountability indices under the project for the assessment of responsibility and informational transparency of major Russian companies since 2014. The index is based on the analysis of companies’ public reporting. The "Responsibility and transparency" index reflects the status of corporate disclosure on sustainable development and corporate responsibility. "Sustainable development vector" is an index of impact dynamics of companies' activities in this area, which assesses the direction of changes of basic socio-economic and environmental performance over the years. It is worth noting that SUEK has traditionally been among leaders in both indices. “Congratulations to you and SUEK on your excellent results and achieving leadership in sustainability, corporate responsibility and accountability”, says President of RSPP Alexander Shokhin in his letter to SUEK’s CEO.
