This year, SUEK once again participated in the compilation of the Anti-Corruption Rating of Russian Business. The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) compiles it in order to assess the compliance of companies' activities with the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business and ISO 37001:2016 international standards (Anti-Bribery Management Systems).
For the 2022 rating, RSPP analysed and assessed anti-corruption management indicators in 66 largest Russian companies. Taking part in the rating enables an objective and public compliance assessment with regard to generally recognised standards of business conduct, risk management and internal control, improving business appeal for investors and partners, helping to minimise potential economic, legal and reputational damage associated with corruption risks.
According to this year's rating, SUEK is assigned the highest rating class A1 for the third straight year. It confirms special attention paid by the company's management to improving the system for preventing and combating corruption, and also proves the competence of all participants in the process.
The rating received by SUEK corresponds to one of the eight rating classes, describing the level of the company's anti-bribery activities, their effectiveness and transparency.
