Stepan Solzhenitsyn, "Environment is an area that can never be sacrificed"
SUEK's CEO Stepan Solzhenitsyn spoke online at the plenary session Siberia: The Economy of the Future of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.
According to Stepan, companies are facing serious challenges that force them to reconsider approaches to the economy, development strategies and investment.
"We are speaking at a time when investment will be a harder case," he commented. "We will have to take a sober look at what is most important, the most realistic look, and refuse what can be sacrificed," SUEK's CEO said.
He also stressed that environment is an area that can never be sacrificed.
"Moreover, we will invest and will increase investments in the projects that give real benefits to the population in 1-2 years," Stepan Solzhenitsyn explained.
